Rounds 11 & 12 of the UK National series took place at Manchester and with this being the last two rounds of the national series the team needed all the points it could grab towards the national team competition.
Day 1 & 2
The track was looking fast, thanks to the members of Manchester bmx club and so was the racing, Ultra fast and smooth Jacob Roberts was not going to let anyone beat him on his home track and took the win on both days in Junior Men dispite some drama in the semi on day 2 in which Jacob was rode off the track and rejoined in 7th place and battled to 4th at the finish. With the National title already won Emily continued her perfect record and scored 1st place points for the team on both days also Valerie had a perfect weekend on her home track and took the win on both days and claiming the national no.1 title in the 13-14yr girls. World Champion Alan Hill had already won the national series on cruiser and 20” and continued his domination in 30+ Masters and won on both days, cruiser was a different matter with Haro rider Mario swooping on the last berm leaving Alan to settle for 2nd place on day 1.
