Peterborough bmx club were the hosts for the final rounds 10&11 of the British Cycling Bmx national series.

The final two rounds of the 2012 race season and usually ranking positions are won and lost over these two rounds. Redline/Troy Lee rider Alan Hill need to win in cruiser and 20” to secure the No.1 title as usual first place wins on both days claimed the title.

Championship women riders Ayesha McLelland and Valerie Zebrokova both fought hard against some strong competition and Ayesha came in 4th on day 1 and 3rd on day 2, Valerie had the opposite and got 3rd on day 1 and 4th on day 2. As for rankings Valerie finished 3rd and Ayesha finished 4th overall.

Elite men was stack and Cal Strickland struggled to make up ground and rolled in 6th on day 1, Day 2 was better but was pipped on the line for 3rd and finished 4th.
