Redline’s Logan Owen wins the Seattle ‘cross series in finals at Monroe.

Redline’s Logan Owen came from behind in points to capture the Seattle Cyclo-cross race series at the fairgrounds course in Monroe, WA.  Logan finished 3rd today but because of double points, this was enough to overtake the runner-up. The course was truly one of the toughest in the series with a combination of rain throughout the day, sandy sections in the horse arenas, and the muddy hillside on the back end of the course. Logan crashed twice and is scraped up with some road rash and a banged-up elbow, but his never say die spirit is hard to stop. At 15 years old Logan is the youngest racer to capture the Seattle series, but what is impressive is that he has now won both the MFG and Seattle series, something not many Elite male riders have ever done. Logan would like to thank his sponsors whom make this all possible. Thanks go out to Challenge tires, FSA components, Kore, Kool stop, Selle Italia saddles, Voler clothing, Pryme gloves, & XLC tools and accessories.
