The Battle at Burlingame took place yesterday in Burlingame State Park which is made up of 3,100 acres of rocky woodland. The course is a beautiful, single-loop mountain bike course that winds through Burlingame. The bike course includes 5.5 miles,  the course is fast, with some climbs, enough technical single track sections to keep you on your toes and plenty of winding and rolling. Justin got off to a tough start making a wrong turn, but quickly got back into the race and powered through the six lap race.

Justin says, “It was a great race…awesome weather and a course that I had actually never raced on before, which for New England is rare! Unbelievably dry though for this time of year, not a drop of water to be found on the course…even on the raised bridges section.”
